By using webcard.digital/, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

webcard.digital/ provides a platform to create, customise, and share digital visiting cards. The basic service (card creation, QR code, shareable link) is provided free of charge. The Analytics plan is available for ₹500/year.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information on your card. You must not use webcard.digital/ to share false, misleading, or harmful information. You must not impersonate other individuals or organisations.

4. Free Plan

The free plan allows you to create and share your digital visiting card at no cost, forever. We reserve the right to introduce reasonable usage limits but will provide advance notice of any such changes.

5. Analytics Plan

The Analytics plan is billed annually at ₹500/year. We offer a 7-day refund policy. Upon non-renewal, your account reverts to the free plan — your card and QR code remain active.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you add to your card. By using webcard.digital/, you grant us a licence to display your card content to users who visit your card URL.

7. Limitation of Liability

webcard.digital/ is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
